Our sustainability
Sustainability is our top priority and we want to be very a minimal food-waste restaurant.
We keep the menu local and seasonal. Chef Ilkka Lääveri removes produce from the menu when he can’t find a good local source. We serve also local wines.
We partner with family-oriented businesses and we know their values. Ilkka Lääveri has also his own kitchen garden at his house near the restaurant.
Inside the restaurant you can not see anything brand new and shiny, for example we use antique Finnish porcelain dinnerware that we are proud to give a second life.
We do not serve take out and we recycle carefully.
